unserer Praxis angebotenen Sportkurse sind eine Herzensangelegenheit f\u00fcr uns. Mit gro\u00dfer Leidenschaft bereiten wir jede Woche abwechslungsreiche Bewegungsprogramme vor und lassen uns von sportmedizinischen Trends und innovativen Trainingsmethoden inspirieren. Zahlreiche Weiterbildungsm\u00f6glichkeiten tragen dazu bei, auch unsere Bewegungsprogramme immer wieder weiter zu entwickeln.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">W\u00e4hrend Kaha\u00ae und Aroha\u00ae zu den au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Kursprogrammen z\u00e4hlen, lassen wir den Kurs Wirbels\u00e4ulengymnastik alle 3 Jahre von der Zentralen Pr\u00fcfstelle f\u00fcr Pr\u00e4vention zertifizieren, damit unsere Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer eine finanzielle Bezuschussung bei ihrer gesetzlichen Krankenkasse beantragen k\u00f6nnen. Die Bewegungskurse Wirbels\u00e4ulengymnastik und Fit durch Bewegung haben durch die Ausbildungsreihen Fascia Movement (Slings-Myofasziales Training\u00ae) und Pilates in den letzten Jahren eine neue Qualit\u00e4t erfahren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"texthervor\">Wir d\u00fcrfen in diesem Zusammenhang Ihre\/ Eure Entscheidung f\u00fcr einen Bewegungskurs sehr begr\u00fc\u00dfen.<br \/>\nImmer wieder wird auf Fachkongressen, Schulungen und in der Literatur betont:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Bewegung ist alles.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Die Vorteile der Bewegung liegen nicht nur in der Verbesserung der allgemeinen Fitness. Durch Bewegung wird Sauerstoff bis in die Zellen transportiert, was eine Knorpelregeration f\u00f6rdert und Verschlei\u00dferscheinungen der Gelenke entgegenwirkt. Durch gezielte \u00dcbungen aus dem Slings-Programm werden neben der Muskulatur auch myofasziale Meridiane trainiert. Das erm\u00f6glicht eine verbesserte Elastizit\u00e4t und Mobilit\u00e4t aller Gewebsschichten, von denen auch Organfunktionen angeregt werden und sich die Gesamtvitalit\u00e4t verbessert. Insgesamt tr\u00e4gt Bewegung zur Gesunderhaltung und Verbesserung der Lebensqualit\u00e4t bei und sorgt vorzeitigen Alterungsprozessen des K\u00f6rpers vor. Unter fachlicher Anleitung in kleinen \u00dcbungsgruppen machen wir unseren R\u00fccken fit f\u00fcr die Belastungen im Alltag.<br \/>\nAus den praktischen Erfahrungen der Kursleiter durch die physiotherapeutische Arbeit am Patienten legen wir sehr gro\u00dfen Wert auf physiologisches Bewegungsverhalten. Die meisten erlernten \u00dcbungen k\u00f6nnen auch zu Hause durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<br \/>\nDieser Kurs eignet sich auch f\u00fcr Teilnehmer, die nach langer Pause die Freude an der Bewegung
